The hosting portal at http://shawhosting.ca is a web based client where you can manage multiple domains, configure e-mail, build your website and use other web/email tools & utilities.

Portal Login

2017-09-06-Portal-Log-In

  1. Navigate to http://shawhosting.ca
  2. Under Hosting section
    • Enter username (email address you used to sign up for hosting)
    • Enter password

  3. Click 'Log in'

Add User Names

You can create new login profiles to add access for other users to manage domains via the hosting portal.

  1. Login into hosting portal.
  2. Select 'Users'from the drop down on the top right corner.

  3. Enter a 'Username' or 'Email Address'.
  4. Enter a 'Password'.
  5. Enter 'First' & 'Last' name.
  6. Select the 'Access Level'.
  7. Press 'Save'.

Account Administration

Users

This section allows you to easily create users and manage the users' permission on what they can access in the portal. These features can be disabled or enabled for each user:

  • Domain
  • FTP
  • Email

You can change the following from this section:

  • Change domain password

    • Password to access customer portal or use FTP manager.

  • Username/Email address
  • Language Preferences

App Navigation

  1. Log in to Portal.
  2. From the Browse All Apps bar, select Web Tools, Email, Social & Promote, or Utilities.

  3. To toggle between multiple domains, select from the "You are managing" drop down menu.
