8 Connection speeds may vary based on modem equipment, client device capability, building wiring, internet traffic and environmental conditions. "Up to" speeds are based on optimal conditions. Maximum download speed for a single hardwired device connection is 940 Mbps for the CODA-4582 modem or up to 2 Gbps for the CODA-5810 modem. Additional wired or wireless device connections are required to reach maximum download speeds of up to 1Gbps or 1.5Gbps (i.e. 2 or 3 x devices concurrently running at 500 Mbps each). Upload speeds vary by region depending on network infrastructure in your area. If Customer terminates a Service provided under this Service Order Form that is an Off-Net Location (as defined below) prior to the end of the Term (whether prior to or after installation of the Services), Customer will pay Rogers Business upon demand, in one lump sum, as genuine pre-estimate of liquidated damages, an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge set out in the Service Charges and Term table, for the number of months remaining in the Term. “Off-Net Location” means any location where Rogers Business uses a third party carrier to provide local access circuits to the Rogers Business Backbone Network or where Rogers Business is required to do a build to the location. Assuming optimal network, equipment and customer device conditions. See Rogers Business Acceptable Use Policy (see Terms and Conditions Support - Rogers ). An Ethernet connection and at least one additional wired or wireless connection are required to reach maximum download speeds of up to 1 Gbps.
