What you need to know
Commercial locations
Business Television plans are designed specifically for commercial locations and on demand TV licensing is currently not available for commercial addresses. Commercial (non-residential) addresses must adhere to different commercial broadcast rules than those for residential locations.
Residential addresses with Business TV
Some residential addresses purposefully subscribe to Business TV plans, which can be a great option for long-term rental or vacation rental properties. Because business TV plans block ordering, this can provide the peace of mind that there will be no surprise charges.
If it is important for you to have on demand TV services at home, you can remove commercial TV from the residential location’s business plan and open up a second account under a personal name to use for residential TV service.
