How to reset your SmartVoice Panasonic handset

This reboot will work on all models of Panasonic (DECT) phones including the cordless.

  1. On the handset navigate to Menu->System Settings->Reboot Base.
  2. This will reboot the base station so any other phones connected will temporarily lose connection.
  3. The lights on the base station will blink orange while the reboot is in progress. It can take up to 5 minutes for the reboot to complete.
  4. A green light on the base station indicates a successful reconnection to all connected handsets.
