What will happen to my Rogers or Shaw products and business services?
You will begin to see your SmartSuite of products renamed to Advantage within your billing and account info.
Your invoices are also getting a fresh new look, but how you access your bills and manage your account will also remain the same and you will continue to pay Shaw.
Will my current account number change?
Can I continue to have both Rogers and Shaw business services?
How will I be billed for my services? Will both Rogers and Shaw Business services be invoiced in one combined bill?
Do I need to update my pre-authorized payments or banking details?
Does Shaw offer any Rogers Business services now?
Will I still have access to My Shaw account?

Will there be any changes to my existing business services?
At this time, there will be no impact to your existing Shaw Business services apart from naming and branding changes. You can expect the same quality experience that you enjoy today. If there are any changes, we will communicate them.
