Billing & Account FAQ
You will begin to see your SmartSuite of products renamed to Advantage within your billing and account info.
Your invoices are also getting a fresh new look, but how you access your bills and manage your account will also remain the same and you will continue to pay Shaw.
At this time, there will be no impact to your existing Shaw Business services apart from naming and branding changes. You can expect the same quality experience that you enjoy today. If there are any changes, we will communicate them.
