How to return your Rogers Business Equipment

Overview

Whether you are looking to swap or upgrade your Rogers (formerly Shaw) Business equipment or simply need to return some equipment to us, we have made it easy. You can return it safely via direct mail by following these instructions.

Contact us

We need to authorize any equipment returns so make sure you Contact us first to let us know it's coming back before mailing any equipment to us.

In the below scenarios we would request you Contact us to arrange for pickup.

  • If your Rogers Business equipment is not easily accessible (IE equipment is mounted on the ceiling),

  • If you have the following Rogers Business equipment:

    • All Smart Equipment
    • Vecima
    • FTTP based services
    • Hospitality Digital Boxes, Chromecast, ANTlabs Gateway

The following equipment can be mailed back via Canada Post:

  • Televison Digital boxes
  • Internet modems
  • Digital Phone Terminals

Mailing the equipment

  1. Use any available box to pack up your equipment.
    • Be sure to include all power cables
  2. Attach the printed return label to the front of the box.
    • If you misplaced your shipping label:
      • Canada Post can generate a label for you using the code PR370017.
      • Or you can get one emailed to you by visiting Print a Return Label. Just fill your contact details and enter PR370017 as the Account number. 
  3. Drop it off at any Canada Post outlet or mailbox.

Hang on to the tracking number until your return shipment has been delivered to Rogers Business. This will make it easier to find in the event your item gets lost during shipment.

Note: If equipment has not been received by Rogers Business within 30 days of cancellation, the appropriate un-returned equipment charges will be applied.
