Identifying SmartTarget SSID

SmartTarget is setup on your SmartWiFi’s Guest SSID to gather powerful insights when your customers log into your Guest network.

New SmartWiFi customers bundled with SmartTarget: By default, the Guest SSID is named: “guest”. This can be changed by following the steps on How to manage your SmartWiFi wireless settings.

Existing SmartWiFi customers: If you changed the guest SSID name to something else, this is the SSID that SmartTarget is set up on.

Portal Access

  1. To access your SmartTarget portal visit
  2. Login with the credentials provided to you in your Welcome email.

Portal Navigation

Once logged into the portal you will be able to:

  • Access site specific user data
  • Demographics
  • Create a splash page
  • Set up media campaigns
  • Access the knowledge base by clicking the green question mark on the bottom right
