McAfee Multi Access is a suite of security apps available to Cyber Protect subscribers across Windows, Mac, IOS and Android devices. With protection for up to 10 devices included, be assured that all your business and personal files and data are safe from the latest viruses, malware, and spyware. This page provides an overview of what's included with McAfee Multi Access and tips on getting started.

What you need

To use McAfee Multi Access, you'll need:

Shaw Business Internet or Advantage WiFi
A subscription to Cyber Protect
A device that meets the system requirements (details on How to install McAfee)

What's Included

Protection for up to 10 of your business devices with support for Windows, Mac, and mobile (iOS and Android). Included apps and features:

Windows PC

McAfee Total Protection

Protects against hackers, malware, viruses, spam & phishing emails
Promotes safer surfing
Monitors devices connecting to your home network
Offers file shredding, file locking and file clean up services

Mac OS

McAfee Internet Security

Protects against hackers, malware, viruses, spam & phishing emails
Promotes safer surfing

Mobile (iOS & Android)

McAfee Mobile Security

Protects against malware, ransomware and viruses (Android only)
Promotes safer surfing
Monitors and protects against network threats
Provides suite of anti-theft and privacy features

Getting Started

As a Cyber Protect subscriber, you can easily access and download your McAfee Multi Access apps from the My Shaw website.

Go to My Shaw and sign in.
Navigate to My Services > Internet.
Scroll down to the McAfee Multi Access section.
If you haven't registered for McAfee yet, click Register, enter your information and then click Continue.
Once you have registered, click Download.
Follow the steps to download and install McAfee security software on your device.

McAfee Multi Access includes a wide variety of security features to keep your business safe online.
