Learn how to use the two models of Cisco headsets for SmartVoice: the Cisco 522 wired headset and the Cisco 562 wireless headset.

Cisco 522 Wired Headset

Learn more about the Cisco 522 wired headset that can be used with Shaw Business SmartVoice.

How to upgrade firmware

We recommend that the firmware on Cisco headsets be updated prior to use, especially when using it with the SmartVoice Desktop app.
