Getting started with the Rogers for Business Advantage Dashboard

Learn how to create and access your Advantage Suite service through the online Advantage dashboard. Learn how to set up and manage your Meraki dashboard login with these tips.

Advantage Dashboard Overview

How to create an account

Rogers Business will create your Meraki administrator account, but there are a few additional steps you will need to gain access:

  1. Go to dashboard.meraki.com.
  2. You will receive a notification from the email Cisco Meraki - No Reply informing you that you have been provided an administrator account for your network. Your username will be the email address that you provided to Rogers Business. 3.The message will include a link to Choose your password here. Click on the link.
    • Note: If you don't complete the registration within 24 hours of receiving the email, you may receive an error. If so, please contact Business Technical Support to get your profile recreated.

Meraki welcome email

  1. You will be directed to the Meraki Dashboard Portal to enter your password.
    • Interactive feedback is provided for password strength. Strength level should be in green to keep it secure.
    • Click Set password once finished.

Choose your password You will automatically be redirected into your Meraki Dashboard.

Meraki Dashboard Initial login

  1. If you have multiple networks to manage, you can change the network you are viewing on your screen on the far left.
  2. To navigate your network's options, hover over Network or get Help on the left.
  3. To manage your profile settings or sign out, click on your email in the top-right corner.


Multiple Administrators

  • Each Advantage service can have up to six (6) administrators.
  • Using separate logins for each user can help to keep services more secure by not asking users to share passwords.
  • If your business has multiple services or locations, you can limit administrators only to the services they need to access, rather than allowing access to everything.

How to log in to multiple locations or services in Meraki Dashboard

Multiple locations or services

If you have multiple locations, or have Advantage WiFi, Advantage Security, and Advantage Switch products, managing these services can be made simple with one login to access and manage all of them. If you currently have multiple logins and would like one login to manage all locations, contact Business Technical Support.

  1. Log in to dashboard.meraki.com.
  2. On the left-hand side under NETWORK, click on the current network shown.

Meraki Dashboard Switch service

  1. Select from the networks in this list:
    • Networks show as AccountService@Address
      • Advantage WiFi: No service tag with (ex: 000-0000-0000@123 Main St).
      • Advantage Security: MX tag with address (ex: 000-0000-0000MX@123 Main St).
      • Advantage Surveillance: MV tag with address (ex: 000-0000-0000MV@123 Main St).
      • Advantage Switch: SR tag without address (ex: 000-0000-0000SR).

Forgot your password for the Meraki Dashboard

If you can't remember your Meraki Dashboard login password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to dashboard.meraki.com.
  2. Select I forgot my password.

  1. Enter your admin email address and then press Submit.
  2. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email from the email address Cisco Meraki - No Reply with the subject Cisco Meraki Password Reset.
  3. Follow the instructions to reset your password, then try logging in to dashboard.meraki.com to verify that you can log in successfully.
