Using My Shaw, follow these steps to opt-in to the Spam Call Blocking feature for your Rogers (formerly Shaw) Business phone service. Use this free service to block unwanted and unwarranted calls.

Follow these steps to enable or disable Spam Call Blocking through My Shaw. Learn more about how it works on Rogers Business Phone: Spam Call Blocking Feature.

  1. Log in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Click My Services,then Phone.
  3. Scroll down to Manage settings find Privacy and select Edit.
  4. Select Block calls menu.
  5. Use Spam Call Blocking toggle switch to enable or disable feature.
