How do I add new devices to Rogers WiFi Hotspots?

Iphone register for shaw go

You can add a device to Rogers WiFi Hotspots when at any Rogers hotspot. If you have previously connected a device to ShawOpen, your access will remain connected to that network until the SSID is removed.

Apple device using iOS 8 or newer

  1. Pre-register your device by filling out the Get Started page.
  2. Visit your nearest hotspot and connect automatically.

Connecting Android and all other Devices

  1. Visit your nearest hotspot.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Wi-Fi.
  4. Select RogersOpen from the available networks.
  5. Complete your registration by signing in with your Shaw ID.
  6. Once connected, your device will connect to the network next time you are within range of a hotspot.

Note: You will need your Shaw ID to register your device as a Shaw Internet customer. Learn more about How to: Create a Shaw ID.

My Shaw Enterprise ID is not supported.

What are the device limits on my Shaw Business plan?

Business plans allow up to a certain number of devices to be registered for simultaneous use (depending on your business plan package). Adding additional devices beyond your limit will cause other registered devices to be removed.
