Learn how to change your Business-hosted email password. You can change the password for your Rogers business domain email in two ways.

How to change your Rogers (formerly Shaw) hosted business email password

You can change the password for your Rogers Business domain email in two ways.

  • Via EasyMail Setup app
  • Via hosted webmail

EasyMail Setup:

  1. Select the Dashboard tab.
  2. Click the selection square on the far left of the email you want to change.
  3. The current password will show on the right, along with the Change button.
  4. After a new password is entered in, select Apply.
  5. Repeat as needed for other email addresses, then sign out.

Hosted Webmail:

  1. Sign in to Webmail.
  2. Select the Preferences tab on the right.
  3. Select Change Password from the left side menu.
  4. Make the desired changes, then press the Save button.
  5. Sign out of Webmail.
