Use the Shaw Hosting Domain Manager app to modify your domain’s contact information, change name servers, and request your transfer authorization (EPP) code.
Manage your domain name
You can find the Domain Manager by logging in to the web portal at shawhosting.ca/. Domain Manager is located under Web Apps (top right corner) and then Domains on the Web App overview page.
With the Shaw Hosting Domain Manager you can:
- Manage domain name
- EPP code / Password management
- Manage domain contacts
- Edit zone file
Manage Domain Name
This section allows you to update name servers, and check domain transfer and renewal statuses.
At this time, Auto Renew and Lock statuses do not work. Call into Rogers Business Technical Support to renew your domain or change the lock status.
EPP code / Password management
An EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) code provides an extra layer of security when you are managing your domain name registration services. It’s typically used when you are transferring from one registrar to another. The EPP or authorization code is provided by your existing registrar and required by your new registrar to complete the domain transfer process.
This tool allows the following:
- Send the EPP code to the email address listed on the domain using the 'Request' button.
- Reset the EPP code using 'Reset' button.

Manage domain contacts
Using the domain contacts section, you can view and manage existing information for your domain name. See Incorrect Email Address for more information about managing domain contacts.
Sites with multiple contacts can use the purple Registrant, Administrative, and Technical options on the left sidebar.
Edit zone file
