Overview
Instead of using your phone to listen to voicemail, you can have voicemail notifications and/or audio files sent to your email address.
Enable voicemail to email
- Login to voiceportal.shawbusiness.ca as an individual user
- Select Voice Management.
- Under Additional Configuration:
- Set Notify me by email of the new message to ON by moving the toggle to the right, to receive notifications of a voicemail and enter an email address in the empty field(s). If successful, a green checkmark will appear
- Set E-mail a carbon copy of the message to ON by moving the toggle to the right, to receive notifications of a voicemail and enter an email address in the empty field(s). If successful, a green checkmark will appear.
- Select Save.
We recommend leaving yourself a voicemail message to test if emails are being delivered.
